The software will ask you what color the RGB LED strip connected to that header changed to (it will be red, blue, or green). If you want to turn the RGB effect back on sans the motherboard, make sure that Apply All isn't checked. Navigate to Settings and then RGB Headers Settings, and click the wrench icon next to Calibration.
